PAU's paygrade is on par with US military paygrade, and it ups depending on a Peak Soldier's GSCL.

Meanwhile, an AB affiliate's paygrade for AS depends on the AS' quality, rank, and effectiveness, while a human AB affiliate gets the same salary levels of a PAU soldier. Go see US Army for comparison.
